Since ALL sports are 90% mental, we need to know how to be mentally tough. Easier said then done, right!
If you look around at all the top athletes in their respective sports, you will notice they all have something in common.
NO FEAR, so to speak.
Whether its Tiger woods 3 strokes back with two holes left, Aaron Rogers driving his team 80 yards when they are 6 points down or Mariano Rivera coming in to lock up the world series.
None of these guys show an ounce of fear or produce a drop of sweat.
Its what athletes call “being in the zone”
